Field Trip Testimonial

“I am not usually one to share out loud in groups, but Renee builds such a supportive and comfortable space that it’s much easier to let my guard down and participate, especially after engaging in an initial mindfulness or calming moment. I love being able to schedule a small piece of mindfulness and well-being into the week that is short and very do-able. And I like having the opportunity to set a small intention for the week that feels thoughtful, but also do-able.”
