Discover how growing Teacher Wellbeing can improve your schools

Increased Teacher Effectiveness, Less Attrition, Better Student Outcomes

At WellEducator we:

  • partner with you to provide the right teacher professional development to meet the needs of your school community.
  • work with existing teams (e.g., Wellness Committees, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) teams), whole school, or small groups.
  • offer teacher wellbeing workshops and trainings that align with your school’s wellness initiatives and offer WellEducator Neighborhoods, an innovative virtual wellness community model focused on up-to-date adult social-emotional learning (SEL) practices.

Through WellEducator’s workshops and
 WellEducator Neighborhoods, educators:

  • connect more intentionally and deeply to their values.
  • become more present in the current moment.
  • increase effectiveness in cultivating positive relationships with self, students, families, and colleagues.
  • reduce teacher stress, deescalate burnout, and proactively address other harmful impacts of systemic challenges in their caring and often demanding profession.
  • become vital members of a more effective workforce.

Beyond the innovative One-Day Workshop + Neighborhood Model, WellEducator offers these 1-hour, half-day and full-day trainings:

Workshop topics include mindfulness practices, social-emotional learning, and values-driven living across eight dimensions of wellbeing:

  • Cognitive – how we think
  • Emotional – how we feel and cope
  • Social – how we connect with others
  • Physical – how we move, eat, and sleep
  • Financial – how we experience financial security through spending, saving, and budgeting
  • Spiritual – how we connect with and embody our values and beliefs for meaning and purpose
  • Environmental – how we relate and connect to our surroundings
  • Occupational – how we balance work and leisure
