At WellEducator we:
- offer a 4-Phase implementation process to systematically guide your leadership team in a data-based decision-making process to create a sustainable Wellness Program.
- use the plan, do, study, act (PDSA) cycle to support you as we create and review the growth and effectiveness of your developing Wellness Program.
- partner with existing teams (e.g., Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams and Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) teams), whole school, or small groups.
- provide training, tools, and other resources to guide you throughout all 4-Phases of the implementation process.
WellEducator’s Wellness Program Coaching and Consultation
WellEducator’s consultation service provides districts, regional programs, and schools with comprehensive guidance on the development of whole school/region/district wellbeing programming.
We provide ready to use tools and additional resources to guide agencies through the following phases and activities:
