That’s why we put together this 3-part series Teacher Wellbeing in Action focused on critical topics impacting the educational workforce at the individual, team, and organizational levels. We’re interested in sharing strategies that will increase knowledge, build helpful habits, and create sustained balance for the long haul.

Join us as we explore the landscape of stress and its impact on the teaching profession, learn the skills of boundary setting, how to maintain balance within an unbalanced system, and other everyday wellbeing strategies.
